We aim to provide a great experience every time. One of the best way to guarantee a great experience is to review our Refund & Return Policy and keep them in mind when placing orders.

Bagus-Lah! Café accepts payments via Visa, Mastercard or e-Wallet issued in Malaysia and online bank transfers.
2. Online Payment Orders
You have the right to a refund for a cancelled Order provided that we have yet to accept your Order. Once Orders have been processed, changes to the orders will not be possible.
Should you still decide to cancel your Order after it has been accepted by us, you understand that no refunds (whether in whole or in part) will be issued to you and you forfeit the delivery of your cancelled Order.
3. Return or Replacements
Due to the perishable nature of our food/products, we do not accept returns.
In the event you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you must contact us within 10 minutes from receiving your order.
Please inspect your Order thoroughly at time of delivery. Due to food safety concerns resulting from excessive handling, temperature control fluctuations, your Order is not returnable.
4. Delivery Accuracy
Keep all delivery and receipts from Bagus-Lah! Cafe.
Customer will receive the purchased goods within 1 hour upon successful payment except if there is under other particular agreement between Bagus-Lah! Café and customer.
For a successful delivery, Bagus-Lah! Café requires a full address, time of sending, valid contact number, sender or recipient’s name. Full address requires exact unit number, floor number, full street name, neighbourhood, post code, city/state.
Do check your address carefully. Our food delivery extends only to correctly addressed orders. We cannot guarantee the condition of the food if the delivery service has to re-route.
5. Refund from Failed Deliveries
If by any chance you happen to experience this situation, we will need you to email us at email@example.com or contact us at 03-23860933 / 012-399 5933 (Whatsapp) and we will process your refund.
In the event where delivery order is out of stock, Bagus-Lah! will contact you to arrange for a replacement meal. It is our responsibility to replace a similar food of equal or lesser value.
Please note that Bagus-Lah! will not accept responsibilities for late or non-deliveries under the following circumstances:
- You or recipient is not present at the address given at the time which the delivery was requested to take place.
- The address given was incorrect or insufficient.
- No such person at the given address.
- No valid contact number was given to us to make reasonable attempts to contact you or recipient in order to execute the order successfully.
- Refusal of any item will still be considered as delivered and no refund will be made.
6. Private Policy
We would like to inform you that all online transaction information will not be kept with Damaipuri Sdn. Bhd. and it’s all processed by ipay88’s secured payment gateway (www.ipay88.com).
